• Two configurations available. The Essential configuration makes C120 a simpler, more essential machine, indispensable for all cleaning operations which are primarily focused on excellent performance. Bright, meanwhile, is a richer configuration, capable of offering optimal performance combined with the maximum levels of existing technology for scrubbing machines in this category
• Two engine types: the battery-powered version for working with zero emissions in indoor areas, or the Bi-Fuel version with dual petrol and LPG supply to extend the level of autonomy so you can work in large outdoor spaces as well
• New sweeping-scrubbing system consisting of a pre-sweeping unit with two side brushes and two cylindrical brushes, followed by a scrubbing unit with three disc brushes to guarantee optimum performance whatever the cleaning task, even involving small solid residue
• User-friendly driving and simple controls for both Essential and Bright configurations
• Working position raised and decentralised to improve visibility during cleaning operations
• The steering wheel, new generation drive pedal and super comfortable seat with armrests and headrest, ensure maximum comfort for the operator even when the scrubbing machine is used for long periods
• Dual vacuum motor as standard, to ensure perfect drying in a single passage, with no marks or residue
• Front and rear LED headlights as standard to guarantee maximum visibility
• Blue Safety Spotlight that projects a light beam on the ground to indicate the presence of the scrubbing machine in advance, thereby increasing safety
• Front motorwheel in AC with antiskid and non-marking wheel to ensure maximum adherence on any type of floor, even when wet
• Steel frame coated with cataphoretic paint which provides it with remarkable resistance to corrosion
• The Bright configuration is equipped with a colour touch screen display to make it even easier and more intuitive for the operator to use the scrubbing machine
• The rear view camera of the Bright configuration allows the operator to check for obstacles when reversing
• Possibility to install an anti-collision sensor on the rear part of the scrubbing machine to further increase safety
• Continuous sensor positioned on the steering wheel axle that recognizes the exact position of the front motorwheel, automatically reducing the speed in accordance with requirements, so that C120 can also move forward in a fluid manner, without interruption
• Brush head made of steel, to provide robustness and reliability over time
• Solution level sensor in Bright configuration allows automatic awareness of the level of solution in the tank
• Courtesy lights pack upon request, to increase the visibility of the parts where the operator may be required to perform maintenance
• Parts requiring daily maintenance distinguished by yellow colour
• Hydraulic brake which acts on the rear wheels, thus increasing safety and comfort
• Electric brake installed on the front motorwheel to act as a parking brake
• Moving scrubbing brush head: on activating a simple control, the brush head comes out to the right to reach the dirt that settles up against walls
• Safety button to immediately stop the machine and all active functions in an emergency
• ECO Mode: only one button to reduce noise level and energy consumption and increase the scrubbing machine autonomy
• CDS - Comac Dosing System: the system allowing the water and the detergent to be measured out separately
• CSF - Constant Solution Flow: the distribution system that ensures correct delivery of solution on both disc brushes, thereby improving effectiveness even at low flow rates
• PM - Pressure Monitoring: system for monitoring the pressure on the brushes
• IPM - Intelligent Pressure Monitoring: the Bright configuration can be equipped with this sensor, which can provide a constant and accurate measurement of the pressure exerted on the brushes
• FFS - Fast Filling System: system for filling the clean water tank, even letting the operator perform other activities while the tank quickly fills up. When the tank is full, the water flow stops automatically
• Stop&Go: when the machine is temporarily idle, the solution flow is interrupted and the brushes are halted so as to optimise consumption and reduce waste
• CFC - Comac Fleet Care: fleet management system that allows remote control of machine status
• ST - Spray Tool: spray gun for effective cleaning even in those areas the scrubbing machine is unable to reach and for cleaning the tanks
• ST - Suction Tool: vacuum wand for effective cleaning even in those areas the scrubbing machine is unable to reach
• Working program selector to manually select the type of task to be carried out
• ReWater – filtering system for re-using the scrubbing solution yet still maintaining excellent cleaning results
