• TwinAction System: the mechanical action involves the movement of the central brush, which collects material from the ground and launches it into a hopper where, thanks to a rotating shaft equipped with hammers, it is crushed and broken down. At this point, by means of the vacuum action, the material is raised to the collection hopper, while the sucked air is filtered and returned to the environment perfectly clean
• The power of the TwinAction system effectively vacuums and traps fine dust, minimising water usage and ensuring exceptional performance even in the most demanding conditions
• Saving up to 150,000 litres of water per year. Unlike traditional sweeping machines, with HP4000 the side brushes have an auxiliary function (only used along edges and pavements), consequently reducing the use of water which is used only in a nebulized state and only to control dust, without wetting the ground
• Reduction of particulate matter: The large 50 m² class L hydro and oleophobic air filter, combined with the power of the TwinAction system, ensures clean ambient air, free of PM10 and PM2.5 particles
• Reduced fuel consumption and atmospheric emissions thanks to high-efficiency hydraulics and the EURO VI phase E engine, specifically designed for industrial applications, certified to the most restrictive atmospheric emissions standard in its class and programmed to work at low rpm while maintaining constant performance levels
• Rotating shaft equipped with hammers to easily collect even large residue, which will then be shredded, without the risk of clogging the vacuum duct
• No element of the HP4000 street sweeper touches the ground, therefore it sweeps effectively over uneven ground and near speed bumps or pavements
• The central brush, thanks to its conformation and automatic pressure adjustment, can easily follow the contour of any surface, even uneven ones, for perfect cleaning every time
• Side brush tracking kit to constantly follow the machine's progress and ensure excellent cleaning results even on bends
• The swinging third brush has a wide opening with up to 180° rotation to reach even the most distant debris and then conveys it to the central brushes
• Water spraying nozzles which can be positioned on the side brushes ensure complete control of dust during the sweeping action
• Effective cleaning even in reverse, to optimize productivity in any situation
• 4 hydraulic suspensions for excellent road holding even at gross weight and high comfort levels when passing over bumps and pavements thanks to three adjustment levels and self-levelling trim allowing the HP4000 sweeping machine to adapt perfectly to any surface: working position for the lowest level, transfer position for the intermediate level, and maintenance position to raise the machine and facilitate brush replacement
• Intelligent 4-wheel steering system with symmetrical front and rear corners with 4500 mm turning circle to ensure high manoeuvrability of the sweeping machine
• Rear wheel steering lock which allows greater comfort even on long stretches of road without bends
• Large 4.1-m³ flat-bottomed debris hopper ensuring many hours of continuous work and reverse cone design of the vacuum channel to facilitate the passage of debris
• Debris hopper fill sensor to constantly monitor the amount of waste collected
• Quick and easy wastes dumping operations with hydraulic tailgate control, high or low debris hopper dumping kit, and dust suppression kit for both low and high dumping operations
• By-pass system to divert airflow by excluding the filter, for working in wet conditions, such as in the rain
• Great manoeuvrability, even near walls or fences, provides the HP4000 with ease of handling to operate in places where space is limited such as historical town centers or cluttered areas, at the same time guaranteeing maximum vehicle stability during transfer even at the highest speed
• Traction is completely hydraulic, provided by two motors installed directly on the rear wheels and a variable capacity pump to adjust the speed from 0 to 40 km/h
• The suspensions and the braking system guarantee driving in complete safety with excellent road holding, even when fully loaded
• The coaxial turbine offers excellent vacuum performance and a significant reduction in maintenance
• Large-diameter manual debris vacuum hose equipped with an arm to allow the operator to easily pick up material deposited in inaccessible areas and debris of various sizes, such as paper, leaves, bottles and cans
• Pressure washer kit to easily clean the machine and surrounding areas
• Filtering unit with surface of 35 m² and equipped with 2 electric filter shakers for cleaning. These characteristics, together with the choice of materials (polyester) and the fact that the filter operates dry, virtually eliminate the need for routine maintenance; they also ensure the return of perfectly clean air into the environment
• Ample visibility thanks to the fully glazed cab allowing full visibility for the operator, including on the front brushes
• Maximum operator comfort due to the comfortable pneumatic driver's seat, which is insulated with vibration damping mounts, allowing a comfortable and smooth ride, even after many hours of work
• 10" Display touch screen to control work functions and 4.5" display to show driving assistance information: HP4000 is then able to detect sweeping system issues in real time so that the operator act quickly
• Rear-view mirrors and rear camera, for safe operation even in crowded places or where space is limited
• The display allows the vacuum speed to be adjusted according to 3 different modes to adapt the sweeping machine to specific cleaning needs
• LED headlights as standard to ensure maximum visibility and make the sweeping machine more visible as it moves
• ECO Mode: simply press one button to reduce noise level and energy consumption and increase the autonomy of the sweeping machine
