HP6000

Comac HP6000 is a suction and mechanical street sweeper engineered for cleaning roads outside urban areas, large industrial facilities, and environments with a high concentration of dust and debris. Thanks to the combined mechanical and suction action, it ensures high productivity and consistently reliable cleaning results, even in the most demanding operating conditions.

As the evolution of Comac street sweepers, HP6000 integrates the TwinAction System, which combines the strength of mechanical collection for bulky waste with the power of suction to capture fine dust in a single pass. The rotating shaft with hammers of the integrated waste shredding system allows branches, leaves, and bulky debris to be crushed, preventing clogging and ensuring continuous operation along extra-urban areas, industrial sites, and high-dirt production environments. Collected material is conveyed into the large 6.1 m³ waste hopper, enabling many hours of continuous operation, reducing downtime for emptying, and optimising operating time and costs.

The machine structure is designed so that no component comes into direct contact with the ground, allowing HP6000 to sweep effectively on uneven surfaces, close to kerbs, speed bumps and manholes. The central brush, with automatic pressure adjustment, accurately follows the ground profile, ensuring uniform cleaning across all surface types.

HP6000 is designed to operate primarily dry, significantly reducing water consumption. Water is used only for auxiliary functions such as dust suppression on the side brushes or during unloading operations. This results in water savings of up to 150,000 litres per year and more efficient management of collected waste.

Thanks to the large filtration system and the power of the TwinAction System, HP6000 effectively captures fine dust particles PM10 and PM2.5, releasing clean air back into the environment.   • Intelligent 4-wheel steering system with symmetrical front and rear corners with 4600 mm turning circle to ensure high manoeuvrability of the sweeping machine

  • Large-diameter manual debris vacuum hose equipped with an arm to allow the operator to easily pick up material deposited in inaccessible areas and debris of various sizes, such as paper, leaves, bottles and cans

  • Filtering unit with surface of 35 m2 and equipped with 2 electric filter shakers for cleaning.
