Comac’s evolution through gender diversity
Comac also evolves through gender diversity, thus changing not only the face of the company but also the context of the metalworking industry. Our growth is driven by inclusive strategies that have led to a significant increase in the number of women in the company, and specifically a notable rise in the number of women employed in the production departments. Indeed, we strive to create an open and inclusive work environment, paving the way towards a brighter future for Comac, shaped by the energy of an entire workforce, regardless of gender. We therefore continue to support diversity and inclusion, not only in the workplace but in our everyday lives.

Inclusive, ethical, eco-friendly partnerships
We seized the opportunity to engage in an ethical collaboration with Progetto Quid, a young social enterprise that supports vulnerable people, especially women, through the production of sustainable clothing. Sharing values of ethics, sustainability and inclusion, Comac chose its new company uniforms, such as T-shirts and shoppers, manufactured by Quid using the leftover fabrics of renowned fashion brands. This partnership not only focuses on minimising waste and safeguarding the environment but also supports the reintegration in the workforce of people with a history of fragility. Contributing to this social and ethical project is a source of pride for Comac since it carries with it a message of both social and environmental sustainability.
